Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Share your order number and clear images/videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Replacement or Refund Process

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed with incorrect address details are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
